it’s an absolute **** show here, but is still blows me away how many of you feel the need to lie to make this place look bad, when it already looks bad in it true form
Is it really surprising? Has it crossed your mind that maybe they are exaggerating to sway new hires away, increase leverage and get a new TA sooner than later? There are also a few on here that exaggerate to the positive side and help recruit new hires that have unrealistic expectations. Then I'm stuck flying with these negative new hires that were sold a bunch of lies, they are miserable to be around. I'm somewhere in the middle, I try to keep it real. I don't see a TA anytime soon with classes being filled (less 3 no shows per class) and 50 new apps being submitted every week. They have double downed on the size of the training department and will just keep running 2 classes per month while betting legacy stops hiring during the recession and the leverage returns back to management. They want to park those the 30 older 319's anyways since their dispatch reliability and mx cost have been significantly trending in the wrong direction.
