I’m a current regional FO with >2,000 and no failed check rides, does anyone know if there’s an appetite for hiring someone like me at Alaska? If so, are there good practices in getting my application noticed (outside of actually applying online and going to industry group events like WIA and NGPA)?
I know there’s a bit of frustration with pay negotiations and QOL at Alaska currently but my family and I need to relocate and it seems like the best move for our particular situation
I’m a recent hire. 24, 3,300TT, low TPIC but I have it. Two types (E175 and CRJ). They did like the PIC experience at the 121 level but their were some in the interview group that didn’t have any PIC at all and got the call. I know all of us with PIC got the job. You can get the interview without it.
