Thank you for the recommendation on Widget Seniority. I signed up for a prospect account and I am trying to interpret the results. The default number given is 14469 and results in a NQ at every airframe in every base. In fact it remains that way until at least 13000, so the question is what is the right number to start with as a potential new hire.

Also one more, probably more important question. I don’t see any captain bids showing up until about 9000, which the site gives a projection of Feb 2033 for. Does that seem realistic, that it would take almost 12 years of seniority to hold a Captain seat?

Thanks !
