Look at the "AE Report Card"...bottom Advance Entitlement(vacancy bid) shows roughly 10,300 seniority, hired in Sept of 2017 for captain(A) on a320

Junior capt on 717 was a DEC 2019 hire, sen # about 11,660

A220 capt was 12,400, OCT 2021 DOH

SO, not near as dire as what you think you see

Lots of info in Widget seniority....play around with all the pages...it's a wealth of info
