Honestly, this should be the most cut and dry thing and yet some of you are still trying to rationalize the inexcusable actions of others.
This is poor legal advice. Unions have been sued over less. And people have been fired for less.
This is especially true if people do as suggested here and call and intimidate those who did pick up..
