Informational picketing by off duty pilots isn’t a strike, therefore technically the fliers today that picked up OT are not scabs. We have to use that word ONLY for a strike. We haven’t even gotten to a strike vote….

We can say insensitive, not team players, ignorant, divisive, non-unified, whatever—just not scabs.
