The Auzie E3 visa bois have no problem taking up jobs up here but from what I have been told by a number of them candidly, would lose their minds if anyone dares fly down there who isnt a resident or citizen. Really not a fan of this E3 deal and hope it is suspended. All it does is just alleviates the pressures on management a bit more to delay or in some cases, avoid, better pay and conditions to attract more pilots in the long term. Thought I read ALPA wanted it dialled back or stopped all together.
