My hot takes:

The new M and H shirts are fine. Comfortable and durable. Go through about 3 shirts a year due to commuting and heavier than average flying schedule.

Haggar pants. They go on sale at Costco once a year for $20. Buy 5 pair and get one or two more every year. Cool and comfortable. The M and H pants are absolutely terrible.

I have a LW bag and I don't know if I will buy another one. That being said, 8 years of HEAVY use with minimal maintenance. A one busted zipper, a bent frame from a RJ commute, and some zipper pulls missing. Probably look at strongbags for my next purchase.

You NEED a noise reducing headset, and not the one they issue you. I use a U Fly Mike with a QC-35 and it is, in my humble opinion, the best product out there. I have used the clampy Bose aviation headsets and I don't like them after about an hour. My head is also huge. I have flown with multiple check airmen, including the head of standards, and nobody has said a thing about my headset not being TSOd.
