I think it’s quite coherent. It explains why we just crawl along and always accept what we’re handed. Twenty years after bankruptcy and we’re still living under provisions of that era.
Don’t conflate one’s reasons for leaving early with speaking of the mindset that at times surround us. It doesn’t serve you well.
