Ditto. I flew with the A20 for years. It’s heavy and huge. After a few hours of duty, the clampedness of the thing became fatiguing. Plus, I often bumped the top of the headset against the cockpit ceiling which was annoying.

Was stoked when the ProFlight came out. I’ve been using it ever since and haven’t looked back. The ear pieces are totally fine. They’re the same design as the rest of Bose’s earbuds which I wear a couple of hours a day outside the cockpit when I work out. IMO, the ProFlight is far superior to the A20.
