My suggestion.
1. Get a job with the ANG (non flying).
2. Apply to fly for the unit you work for.
3. When you've got a offer to fly, follow with a part time job with FedEx.
4. Fly for the guard and throw boxes for FedEx.
5. When you meet the time quals for FedEx, apply to FedEx flight as an internal hire.
