Hey Everyone!

I applied to Spirit last night. I checked my dashboard and it says that my status of my application is: pending completion of Gallup assessment. I never got an email for the Gallup assessment. Is that one that comes automatically when applying or is it sent after the recruitment team reviewed my application and I fit their criteria? I appreciate your help!
