As I recall, there were 3 covid relief spending bills signed by 2 different Presidents. One of those presidents was in charge when this country posted a 3.2T deficit in 2020. That's more than 2x any deficit we
had ever seen!! Talk about SPENDING. That MAY have had a little something to do with inflation. I wish Powell and the FED had been more on their game. The projected budget deficit for 2022 is 1T. That's 68% below bankrupt Trump's last year.
