If the F9 deal passes, or if it doesn't pass but NK BOD decide not to accept the B6 offer and stay independent instead, then I'll agree with you. If B6 gets the required shares to effect the hostile takeover or if NK BOD accepts B6 offer after the F9 offer gets rejected, then I don't think there will be any lawsuits.
