Usually, it goes to premium, let’s say 150%, so now the 20 hours is worth 30 hours. Senior guys snap it up before you can blink twice.
With this TA, the company crams it down a reserve’s throat for 2 hours. The company saves 8 hours.

Unless they give RSVs more days off such as 14, minimum 5 hrs a day and the premium time for an aggressively picked up trip, no different then the lineholders who can pick up the same trip in real time, IMO reserve is just plain bad. there are a lot of other negatives being on rsv these shouldnt be them.
