I understand it’s a turd and accept that the NC has no talent, and the MEC has no courage.

the NC should have started the process under RLA to declare an impasse and the MEC should have never sent this out.

Now it’s going to up to line pilots to vote this garbage down and let Scott know in no uncertain terms that this is not how the training pipeline get fixed.
