Hey, if you have any gal drivers, please let them choose to wear skirts instead of pants if they choose! Luckily, my boss likes me to wear skirts, the shorter the better, and even skorts or shorts when we are going tropical. The only time I wear pants is going somewhere really cold, or when the bosses wife is supposed to be aboard. Either way, bottoms are always khaki, Shirts are always crisp white POLO (Ralph Lauren) brand oxford type. I like to wear my heels, they look nicer, but slip them off and put on Nikes while flying, then put heels back on before getting out of seat; We do have the standard dress blue 'costume', bars, hat, tie and all...but only have to don that when we are flying some politician around.
