I think the assumption is that in the future the F9/NK company would be worth more to the shareholders than the buyout offer from B6.
The new company is going to be a steaming pile of dog ****. They wont post profit for at least 5 years. Attrition through the roof, moral through the floor. We had to drastically reduce our flying just to prevent the tidal meltdowns. Imagine what it will be like when we are double the size with half of the trips starting in hurricane country.
Praying jetblue ups the offer and seals the deal before the 30th. I really dont want to have to update 2 years worth of logbook entries.
