How in the world does someone who has been in the 121 world long enough to fly for a legacy - and is so opinionated that he created a handle just to argue with people - know so little?

If nobody in front of you leaves, your seniority doesn’t change a bit. Not one bit. Literally nothing. At all. Hiring people behind you doesn’t do anything for you except give you a bigger furlough mitigation margin and maybe allow you to drop trips because they’ve got adequate reserve staffing.
