Same when they said "We didn't raise the 76-3 pay as those airplanes are leaving and we didn't want to waste negotiation capital on them"..

Please correct me if I’m wrong. At United we had FSBs. They paid 5 hrs/ day unless you were used then you were paid the value of the day’s flying. The FSB lines were quite lucrative if you weren’t used and somewhere in the 90-100 hr range.
