I am finishing up 1st week of training, so I have no experience yet. What I can give you is what I have been told by AE pilots on the line or reserve currently.
ORD on the EMJ=1-2 months reserve, CRJ=upwards of 1/2-1 year.
BOS ~4months.
LGA=guy 6 weeks prior to me in training and he already holds a line in LGA/ERJ!
DFW=been laughed at and the comment "LONG".
Like I said I have no definite answers on reserve time, but what I have been told across the board is consistent. No experience on the crashpads. I have looked a bit on Craigslist.com . Also try going to
