I have been asking FO's recently, and all of them said they were not attending for various reasons, some lame, some not. This was very disappointing to me, as the younger crowd has the most to gain, or lose. If I can spend extra time in MEM that could have been spent at home with my family, so can they. So, I'll be there, but I am concerned about a low turnout.

I would like to encourage everyone on this board to attend the picketing. If you don't attend, you can't complain if we get a bad TA.
