TX too. According to Zillow my house has doubled in price since I have seen a raise. Fortunately my mortgage is locked in but everything that goes along with owning has gone through the roof. Electric/Gas/Property taxes.
Let’s not forget CA and CO. So, literally every state we have a domicile in, and especially prices near the airports
