I'm not trying to say that the UALMEC doesn't have blame, but remember that almost all of this TA was negotiated before the pandemic. So I'm kind of following what (I Believe) Andy posted a while ago. Maybe MH wants to start anew? They couldn't suddenly renege on what was previously agreed upon by the prior MEC because that puts you on the wrong side of the NMB if things get to that point. That would be negotiating in bad faith. So, maybe MH is hoping this thing tanks so he can start from scratch based on pilot polling that is not four years old???
