It's not going to pass but yes you are right we should never have gotten to this point. I also blame ALPA national. They are weak and completely out of touch. A serious look should be considered at taking the union in house and moving away from ALPA. UPS did it and they have a very solid contract. FEDEX is the only solid contract inside ALPA but that's because their pilots demand it. United pilots are now put to the test for the future let's hope we can deliver. I'm willing to strike and lay it all on the line for a better future for not just myself but all those in the future. The MEC effed this up like no other since I've been here. Oh wait they flushed our pensions my bad.
