I was simply stating that interviews are still required to be hired by SkyWest and I was stating the current washout rate since I am actually in training can provide an up to date answer.

If people want to believe the validity of your statements that interviews are no longer required to be hired here or that washout rates are in the “double-digits”…well, they are free to make up their own mind.
