PPU is a lot better than than this TA though. At least with PPU it's pilot controlled. This new TA is about extracting mandatory overtime with max scheduling flexibility for the company with very little pay. 50% add pay, optional, on 15 days off vs. 90 hours, reassignments in hubs, 12 days off, mandatory.
