and if Robin is so adamant about giving raises why doesn’t he just back up the truck and give his pilots raises .. ? If raises are warranted I’m sure his pilots would love for him To put his money where his mouth is ..

You will most definitely be the lowest paid 320 driver in the country. Period.
You can say you got a quicker upgrade or whatever...but when the new contracts start coming in...You'll be left behind...far behind.
Validate your defending Frontier how ever you want but it's going to really suck. I'm not staying to find out though. I hold captain...living in base...but I'm not staying for the impending S show. I value our professionalism far more than Frontier values it.
