Yes I recall Ted saying until the deal was approved that they would have to continue to run the airline as an independent airline. But we've seen little to no moves in any of the critical issues the company is facing. They have abandoned any effort to attract and retain pilots (unless you count Australians), no big moves on improving I.T., no improving of operations, it seems they've doubled down on being a cheap as possible and to punting our problems away until the merger is completed.
This never ending extension freezes all three airlines. No real decisions being made until this merger gets resolved. It's not good for any of the three airlines.
