Right, but that loan from B6 is being a paid in cash to NK shareholders. F9’s loan will become NK shareholders loan as well when they receive their 1.9 shares of stock as payment. The extra debt in theory will make the new stock shares less valuable. F9 just reshuffled the same amount of money. More cash value, less stock value, same total value. That’s my take at least.
