Don't believe management's sky is falling rumblings. This ruling could be a major victory for labor and they know it. This is the first major crack in the railway labor act. Who knows how the unions can leverage this. Maybe the railway labor act comes crumbling down or at least gets revisited? This is huge. The court is saying that states rights overrule Congress's mandate to regulate Interstate commerce. It's ironic too that a conservative court just handed labor a huge victory.

These are revolutionary times. This court has flipped the table and there will be many unexpected consequences. Something that nobody seems to be talking about: yesterday's EPA ruling could drastically undermine the FAA. These are drastic changes to how government oversight works. The way this country has done business during the modern era has been completely flipped.
