Filing for mediation closes zero doors. It is virtually zero cost. Yet we approach it as if it contains kryptonite.
The only negative that Jody mentioned is it would bring negotiations to a halt for at least two months while the NMB got spun up. However, they aren’t progressing anyway, so lets do it already….
