Considering that only 28% of individual voters vote their shares AT ALL that actually is a pretty fair sized chunk, depending on the ratio of individual to fund-owned shares. IIRC all of NK management only owns about 0.5% of the stock. Looking at it that way, JB controls 26 times as much stock as does NK management.
