You can be subject to discipline for answering a Y list call and not accepting it.

What is happening now is if you list for day July 1,2,3 but not July 4 and they call you from the Y list on any of those days for a trip that covers some of those days and the 4th you’d be subject to discipline for not accepting even though you were not listed on the Y list for the 4th. This I’m sure will end up in arbitration at some point but for now the answer is to screen the call unless you are ready for anything.
