And to the others: of course it is a conspiracy!! Management is always against labor, and MUST keep us under their thumb, it can't be any other way.!! The rich always get richer, the poor poorer . I'm sure that is the way you live your whole life. Don't ever expect or strive for anything else and you will be fullfilled.

I don't think I will be complacent. I've been complaining about all of this stuff (scheduling committee, pairings, productivity, crew services, cost of living raises, broken promises, etc, since I was a jr FO and see no reason to change even as a SR FO, JR Capt, or SR Capt. It is those of us that complain and identify the problems that get the problems fixed and help us all (even you). Otherwise you have to wait till they want give it to you (which is very rare).
The worst part is that I have written the letters, emails, meetings, etc., and nothing happens. I have tried the annual survey, year after year, and show me the money program to no avail. Even direct emails, but the lone voice is just not big enough to move the mountain.
To quote one of our leaders, as longs as "we have 6,000 applications on file of pilots who want to work here", we won't have any progress on anything. When the apps go away (won't happen), or if we ever get to 20% profit margin (won't happen), or we organize (only possibility I can see) will anything be done.
Anyway, I will just on pointing out the problems and giving solutions to the problems. Maybe someday someone (JB management) will listen. And if they do, I hope it occurs before we organize and form a union for our protections. (something we don't want, but something we may have to do).
