Solution? American Airlines decided to unilaterally put those dropped trips back on the affected pilots schedules. Trips that were legally dropped through our antiquated system.
Union put out and email a few hours ago (LAX reps) to not show up to fly anything that was contractually dropped. The company’s problems are not yours.
If American Airlines wants a fix to this circus, they know where to sign. And it ain’t on an LOA it’s on a brand new industry leading contract.
Inadvertently dropped? More like the airline opened up the drop window and pilots legally took advantage of it, no?
