But not likely…it would be a public admission of error for the MEC, so it’s damn near an impossibility.

Whether one likes it or not, the fact is that this TA has gone through the legal acceptance process, is in compliance with the protocol agreement and is up for membership ratification…right now…today.

IMHO, it has at least a 50/50 chance of passing based on my 24 years experience as a major airline Pilot.

Don’t think the MEC is gonna fall on their sword for Line Pilots…Don’t think that the forums are and accurate representation of Line-Pilots…and don’t think the MEC is scared of the forum warriors…
