The argument for the C12 and other LEC no voters to vote yes on this is twofold…

1. there is a threat of company accusation of not “negotiating in good faith” if they torpedo their own deal and pull the TA and it’s vote (even though it’s a turd)…

2. perhaps due to (item 1) they believe that the best case scenario going forward is a resounding and overwhelmingly unified NO VOTE to send a message!

EVERYONE NEEDS TO VOTE NO TO THIS HORRIBLE CONCESSION-FILLED TURD! We must have a record and unified turnout!

They have stopped the town halls pushing it. It needs to die in this vote. Clean house and start over!
