The MEC did the only thing that they really could do. If you have understanding of the RLA, this shouldn’t surprise you at all. It is very likely that the Company communicated with the MEC and told them they had better continue the voting or they would make a complaint to the NMB. That would not be good for us!!!

So what do we do now? That’s simple…. We do what we’ve been trained to do. Handle the emergency by getting out the vote and voting no!!! If we have a resounding no vote, then that sends a very resounding message to both the Company and our representatives.

As has been stated earlier, if this thing passes, it’s on us!!! So let’s control what we can control!!!
