Well I'm not sure how you drew a path from my saying the training department has improved over the last 5 years to Ed. Sure he's a great guy and all my UPS buddies rave about him, but I gather he's handcuffed by Maury just like all the other middle managers, except Tracy who likes it. He was brought in to finally get AQP running (it's his area of expertise) but instead he's writing a 737 program and making excuses in recurrent. Waste of his talent if you ask me, but nobody asked or cares.
