I attended last month the event in IAD. Very chill. The recruiter asked right away for a copy of my resume, asked if i had an app on file, if there was any checkride failure or anything missing in my app. He asked me why i left my previous company and then said I was qualified and that he was gonna have me called. Got the invite 3 weeks later. It took less than 10 minutes.
