I got out of the airlines almost 7 years ago, I got an add in the mail from Envoy advertising the new rates and perks. Does this mean they don't have enough candidates? Probably NOT!
Could mean they need more candidates. Could also mean something else. But, offering CJO's without interviewing people would strongly suggest desperation.
