In reality, this TA is going to get him what he pays for- cheap labor. That means pilots who feel disgruntled & undervalued, & end up not caring about the product. It’s the opposite of everything he claims he wants.
This "offer" from the company tell's me all I need to know about how United values my contributions to the bottom line. The % increases in pay are a joke. The gutting of our scheduling section is insulting. The suggestion that we allow them to avoid the "choke" we created on scope is unacceptable. For those who may have already voted for this horror, please go back and change your vote to NO.
A loud and overwhelming "NO" vote will get us a much better deal than what has been presented.
