I think this TA will get voted down but our leverage with management and even within our own union will be heavily dependent on the split…
Bottom line VOTE.. even if you think you know the outcome …
90% will never happen. It violates the first and most powerful tenet of human herd behavior. 25% will always vote YES or NO, no matter how obvious the merit, or lack thereof of the appropriate vote. A 75-25 split is absolute consensus. For instance, Biden’s approval rating will go no lower than 25%. One quarter of our population are incapable of casting a vote that aligns with the majority.
