Sorry, but I believe you are wrong - I hope you're right. SNAPA hasn't even filed for mediation. Our "association" doesn't even know how this game is played. Much less the Pollyannas that management continually stuffs into the right seat. Bookmark this thread. If we get a good solid contract and a full rewrite with raises that actually beat inflation, I'll eat my words. Otherwise - I'll be here to say "I told you so." History has a way of repeating.
