I mostly agree, but a lot of the problems Envoy has with staffing results from completely putting the brakes on hiring all together or even a certain type of candidates. I know they are knee jerk reaction and putting out fires but they really should keep a few more cadet/ots hires coming in or there will be another hole in the seniority list down the road.
There very well might be a hole. If Envoy gets the reputation that they are blowing off all the pre-121 applicants, they’ll stop applying. Then the 121 time applicants dry up because they will at some point. Then Envoy has to start going after pre-121 again. This stuff can’t turn around overnight. There’s the hole.
