It's a question of degrees, but they're both bad, as you acknowledged.
If you went over to AS, it sounds like you know better and wouldn't go down that road. I bet you however, that there are a few who will look at the situation and decide that they don't need to participate in the fight for an industry standard contract because, well, "Alaska is a big step up".
