But I work at Skywest, we have the exact same issues, and make 1/2 to 1/3 of the pay. Alaska is still a big step up, as some others mentioned in this forum
No one debates the step-up leaving Skywest for Alaska. No doubt the hourly pay is better and prob the 401K is better…Some hotels may be better….Better to come here eyes-wide-open than eyes-wide-shut….lots of cheerleaders here of all seniority ranges…cool to date a cheerleader…not cool to get life and career advice from one
