At this point it’s probably below Spirit and Frontier, pay might be a couple dollars more at Alaska but the work rules and quality of life is what kills you at Alaska. Reserve rules are probably worse than many regionals nowadays.
The management at Alaska has been bragging about our 5 year upgrade which will be rapidly increasing as the senior Airbus pilots get displaced to the Boeing. Pretty sure you can upgrade anywhere faster other than maybe Southwest. Alaska will probably be closer to 6-7 years for upgrade eventually and that’s still assuming that 2-3 hundred FOs continue to bypass.
