“Upgrade” is the worst measure of an airlines quality…As a new hire at Alaska I flew with guys who caught a 3.5 year upgrade. I made lt in seven years but was downgraded for 3..Pilots right behind me waited 12 years for the first possible upgrade. Structurally, with a single fleet type we will settle in to a 7-10 year upgrade cycle.
